At SkillsAcademy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy for all courses.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@skillsacademy.co within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any purchases made after the 14-day refund period.
  • Digital downloads or content that has been fully accessed or consumed.
